i think he's trying to ask if, when he places a bid on an Auction in Ventari's Sell and wins, can he only claim the item sold in Elona (The Nightfall land)

Short Answer: No.

Long Answer: No, the items may drop in their respective continents, but since players with the correct campaigns on their account can travel freely between the continents of those campaigns, as well as the Core Areas - The Battle Isles - the items can be sold and traded in any land. Even a Canthan char on an account without NF can run around with a Gladius from Elona.
